Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Colonies of the Void (the "Game"), operated by Shimon Shalev ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Game, creating an account, or downloading the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Game.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Game. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Account Registration

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree that:

• Information provided is accurate
• You will maintain the security of your account
• You are responsible for activity under your account

Account sharing, selling, or transferring accounts is prohibited.

3. License to Use the Game

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Reverse engineer the Game
• Copy or distribute game assets
• Create derivative works
• Use bots, scripts, automation, or cheats

4. Virtual Currency and Items

The Game may include virtual currencies, items, equipment, or other digital goods ("Virtual Items"). You acknowledge that:

• Virtual Items are licensed, not owned
• They have no real-world monetary value
• They may be modified, removed, or reset at any time

We may manage, regulate, modify, or eliminate Virtual Items at our sole discretion.

5. Game Economy and Balance

We reserve the right to:

• Modify gameplay mechanics
• Adjust game economy
• Change item values
• Reset servers or wipe game progress

These actions may occur without prior notice.

6. Purchases and Payments

The Game may offer in-game purchases. All purchases are:

• Final and non-refundable unless required by law
• Subject to the terms of the platform used for payment

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Player Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, hacks, exploits, or automation
• Harass or abuse other players
• Exploit bugs or unintended mechanics
• Disrupt the normal operation of the Game

Violations may result in account suspension or permanent bans.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion. Reasons may include:

• Violations of these Terms
• Suspected cheating
• Fraudulent payment activity

Termination may result in loss of all Virtual Items and account data.

9. Intellectual Property

All content in the Game, including but not limited to software, graphics, game mechanics, and trademarks, are owned by Shimon Shalev and protected by intellectual property laws.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shimon Shalev shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data
• Loss of Virtual Items
• Service interruptions
• Indirect or consequential damages

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the operator resides, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
